Sub-accounts cannot see submission details

    We have a sub-user who can access and edit the form that has been shared with them but cannot see the submission details.

    I have checked all the settings under my account and view submissions is ticked for this user but when they click on the submission details they can only see IP addresses. (see screenshot)

    How do I rectify this so they can see the full details?

    Generally, this issue happens when either of the user has selected/not selected the option to use EU data center in the account settings.

    Please be noted that it is required to use the same data center by the parent user and sub-account user in order to view the submissions. If you have enabled the EU data center option in your account, please ask your sub-account user to enable the same in his account settings.
