Authorize.net integration: displaying blank screen after submitting the form, and not recording the submission in JotForm.

    Im having the same issue.  Payment received.  No submission.  I tried it with my credit card and it went through but took me to a blank screen.  Payment posted, but no form submission.  Mine is through authorize.net.

    ok.  thanks.  is my form still usable right now for payments.  obviously i want the submissions, but payments are most important

    Does that mean all the form data is lost?

    Unfortunately, the submission data did not arrive to JotForm servers. So, that data can not be recovered.
