Authorize.net: receiving payments but not submissions.

    I received two emails for payments from the form but the submissions do not show up with my form. Please help

    I am having this problem as well.  I have found multiple reports of it here on the site, but no responses from support yet.

    Yes, you may ask you users to re-submit the data again.
