Hi there,
I have created a form with the Petition template so that we can get people to sign up to participate in a virtual event. When they sign up, two things should happen ideally: we get a notification about the sign up (that includes their email address); and their name/location are gathered and posted so they're public on our website (sort of how petitions work).
I can't find the embed code or option for the actual sign-up list to be made public. I want to embed the form AND have the sign ups viewable at www.oldwayscheese.org
Please advise!
