    We are having upload failures

    We are a client with a 10gb portal for uploads, this morning my clients started calling me to tell me that files were failing on upload. I did go and delete previous uploads thinking this was a limit because we hadn't done file clean up on the JotForm site recently.

    We are still exhibiting upload failures, can you assist me please

    I see that you are using the following form on your website: https://form.jotform.com/form/61324497573159

    Looking at the same, I do want to ask if you are using our WordPress plugin by any chance or have added the form directly by hand?

    In either case I would suggest to replace the JS embedding code that you are currently using with the iframe embed code.

    I would also suggest testing if the form works for you by going to it directly: https://form.jotform.com/form/61324497573159

    Now I also want to mention that we did have an issue today Dave, and it is most likely already resolved. As such please do test it out again and if it is not working do try the steps above.

    File uploads should be working properly once again.  If you continue to see failed file uploads when attempting to upload them, let us know and we will be happy to have another look.

    I am not really certain as to how the form was originally built. We went through a third party firm to put our new web site together and they were the ones who originated the account with JotForm. I did upgrade the account from the basic 100mb limit to 10gb limit and I have modified some of the fields in the form to get the most out of the uploads for our clients. I will do more testing with different files to make sure we are still running.

    I just wanted to give a little feed back on the uploads. They are working properly again. Just sent 10 files totaling around 300mb. Came through like a champ. I really appreciate the assistance.
