We are getting the Authorize.net payments but the information are not being submitted to us

    When users fill it out their credit cards are charged so the information is being processed BUT - the form is not capturing their information. 

    After hitting submit no message appears. Just this blank page: https://pci.jotform.com/submit/62235985244966

    Please help asap.

    Our sincere apologies for the issue. We have a glitch with Authorize.net a while ago, but our developers made a quick fix for that. All should now be working properly. Please check again and let us know if the issue persists so we can take a look further.
