How to redirect user to second form after submission of first form

...there is the possibility to display a second form with the question why the user has not filled out the form?

You can redirect the thank you URL using condition logic after submitting the form.

Example:

Here is a demo form you can test https://form.jotform.com/62307524719962 . If you leave the form empty, it will redirect to another form.
