Hello .I have couple accounts. Thanks for the forms .They are great. In one of my websites we changed domains etc and lost the forms.I have user names but passwords are messed up and I got confused what is what. I did request change of passwords, but jotforms have not returned nor reply a link etc. looking at the emails from 2014, I will need to access the user "bln2014" with the email :email@example.com to see those forms and rescue them. Could you send me a way to create a new password? I used the normal Chanel's..but I have been waiting all they for that email to create a new password and still have not received it.Thanks so much

I have just initiated the password reset for the account. Your email address has been bounced listed before and that is the reason why you're not getting the reset emails. Please check now.
