We have quite a few clients sending us multiple files daily. For the most part the uploads are coming through fine. With the exception of the failed uploads today, but that was fixed.
However, some uploads are showing up with 0kb files. Our clients are not sending shortcuts so I am not certain why 0kb files are being received. This question is coming up more than I would like, and I would like to tell my clients what to do to prevent the 0kb files.
Is there an answer?

I have checked your account and see that there are 16 uploaded files for the submissions. I have tried downloading the files randomly and see that they are downloading properly. Since the issue with the file uploads has been resolved, you should be now able to download the files without any issues. Please check now and let us know if you need any further assistance.
