I just created my account and I'm getting the out of space error

I just set up my account and tried to create a form but I'm getting the error msg that I'm out of space?

I don't even have a form yet, how can I be out of space?

I think this is a glitch. I just cleared your forms cache. Can you check again? Also, where did you get the error? Is it a popup or through email? Let us know.
