If I'm on a paid plan, will it still show "JotForm" stickers and branding on my forms and e-mails that are forwarded to those who complete them?
I would like to use this for my business and keep it looking clean and professional, so I wanted to know if it was possible to remove that?

Once you upgrade to the paid plan, you will be able to uncheck the Jotform Branding from your account settings. This should remove the Jotform branding under the submit button. I see you are already on the Bronze plan, so the branding should no longer be seen on the form.
As for the email notification, if you want to send the email from your own address instead of from noreply@jotform.com, then you can use SMTP for your form. Here's how: How to Setup SMTP for a Form.
