I am creating forms that gather orders over a period of time. I sell 6 different products. I am producing candles in relationship to where the numbers are with the orders.
I know I can export the form submissions into an excel file where I can then generate a sum of all the orders for each kind of candle.
Is there any other ap or widget that can add up field from many form submissions that I can view as they come in?
As it stands I will need to export the submissions everyday for months and manually add up the fields which is a huge waste of time for me.
I was also looking at the Google Spreadsheet Integration Ap which might solve this problem ( if the form submissions update automatically, and I have a sum calculation entered into google forms, than I can just view this form daily with live data, without having to export over and over and do the calculations over and over).
Do the Google Spreadsheet Integration Ap automatically update as new form submissions come in? Has this been working smoothly?
This has been quite a puzzle to figure out, any help you can offer here would be greatly appreciated.

Google spreadsheet integration is of course possible in JotForm. And it works fine for your situation. As long as you receive submission, those should be pushed there automatically.
