including an image in a survey question?

    I am creating a form that asks how many of a certain product someone wants to order. I can see how to add an image as a separate field but I am wondering if there is any way to add an image to the survey question so that it appears integrated.

     

    Alternatively, some suggestions about formatting the image field and the survey question field so that they look integrated would be helpful, thanks so much!

    If you're creating an order form you need to integrate your form with Payment integrations:

    You can also add an image for your products easily with JotForm.
