All my forms are back to zero.

Why ?
i had 10's of form , now nothing

I checked your account's Activity Logs and it looks like you have deleted and purged 9 forms last August 16th, 2016. Because these forms were deleted, all the submissions within them were also deleted. Unfortunately, it also appears that you have purged these forms, so it is not possible to recover them anymore.

Were you not the one who deleted those forms? Does anyone else have access (login credentials) to your Jotform account who may have deleted them?
