I'm not getting submitions to my email address since yesterday, checked email address, spam, trash, sent test emails and nothing. Could you help please?Page URL:

The reason you're not receiving notification is because the email recipient landed in the bounce list. I have removed the email (firstname.lastname@example.org) in the bounce list. Here's a screenshot:
You should be able to receive email notifications now. You can learn more on how to address concerns for emails landing in the bounce list from this guide: How-to-Prevent-Email-Bouncing-Related-Issues
Also, try to contact your email service provider and ask them to whitelist the IPs and domains found from this guide: Whitelisting-JotMails-IP-Addresses
