Not getting submissions to my email address

    I'm not getting submitions to my email address since yesterday, checked email address, spam, trash, sent test emails and nothing. Could you help please?

    The reason you're not receiving notification is because the email recipient landed in the bounce list. I have removed the email (lim*** in the bounce list. Here's a screenshot:

    You should be able to receive email notifications now. You can learn more on how to address concerns for emails landing in the bounce list from this guide: How-to-Prevent-Email-Bouncing-Related-Issues

    Also, try to contact your email service provider and ask them to whitelist the IPs and domains found from this guide: Whitelisting-JotMails-IP-Addresses
