Translate the submission message

Is there any way to translate this sentence? It's a bit problematic when it appears on a French website...

Otherwise is it possible to skip this page?

Unfortunately it is not possible to translate "Please wait while we are processing your request..." message when the form is submitted. It is also not possible to skip it.

If you redirect your users to thank you page, message "Please wait while we are processing your request..." will not be shown.

Unfortunately I need to use an external Thank You page as well.
