Hello there,
I recently created a form and embedded it onto my website. However, i am met with an error message upon wanting to submit a test submission that states "Multiple submissions disabled". I have been trying to solve this issue, but to no avail. Do let me know how to correct this error.
Secondly, how do i set the recipient email for submissions on my form? I have looked all over the site and was unable to find it. Is it simply the "account" email address or can i set different email as the recipient email for all submissions on my form in future?Regards,
Elijah Underhill

I cloned your form and I've found out that the "Unique Submission" is set to "Check cookies only". Once you submitted the form using your browser, a cookies will be stored on your browser. It means that you can only submit the form once in this browser. However, you will still be able to submit the form using another browser with the same computer.
You can change the settings in the Preferences wizard. Here's how:
1. Click the "Preferences" button in the toolbar.
2. Go to the "Advanced" tab and then change the "Unique Submission" setting to "No check".
3. Click the "Save Changes" button when you're done.
Please check this complete guide: How-to-Set-Unique-Submissions-on-a-Form
I have to create a separate thread for the email notification recipient issue, here's the URL: https://www.jotform.com/answers/910590
Hope that helps. Thank you.
