    1. Is there a maximum number of fields per form, can I have a multi page form?

    2.

We need forms that can be printed and filled on paper and then entered electronically. Can this be done?

    3.

Any way we can upload a form designed in MS Word and then proceed to define data fields?

    4.

Where is the data stored, in your servers? If so, can I redirect the submission so it fills my database directly?

Since we can only be assigned to a single question per thread, I have created a separate thread for each of your initial questions here.

I will answer the 1st one here:

Is there a maximum number of fields per form, can I have a multi page form?

None. You can put as many fields as you can in the form. But do take note that the bigger/longer your form due to the number of fields/data on it, there will be penalty to speed/performance i.e. in loading the form since it uses the internet/online.

Let us know if you need further assistance on this.
