Notification email not working

    Hi there I am having problems with the notification email back to me when someone submits a form.

    The test works but not the actual form.

    The sender gets an auto-response but I don't get thenotification. I have obviously set up to types of email.

    Any ideas?

    If the test arrived successfully but not the actual email, it is probably stuck on your spam filter. Also make sure you do not have any conditions for emails. When you have a condition for emails only and only when the conditions met the email will be sent.

    No it's not stuck in a spam filter nor are there any conditions set.

     

    It just neither sends an auto response to the sender nor a notification to me.

    I made a test submission and the email was accepted by your email server.

    Please send this to your hosting provider and ask them to find out what happened to this email.

    Hi,

     

    i have te same problems.I setted an automatic responder (to confirm join my mailing list to customers) and a notification alert to my email address to be advised when there are new users

    But they don't work together.Some times i receive only email notifications,some times i receive only autoresponder (i put an other mine email account to check working) but i never receive both emails

    I already checked spam filters and conditions,there are not the problems

    I also tried to cancel the rules and to create new ones from beginning,but the problem still remain

     

    What can i do?

    Conditions work like that. If the condition is met the email will be sent to the address on the condition. If it does not met the email will be sent to the default address.

    You should delete the condition and instead add the email addresses separated with a comma.
