I am trying to setup the alignment like the below on another form and I am unable to remember how I did this and I cannot find the notes you sent the last time.

Any help would be appreciated. Thank you

    Amy

    Hi,

I'm not sure what sample for you are referring to, your reply does not seem to have a link to that form.

If you would like to set your product list in multiple columns, you can do that by following this guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/235-How-To-Have-Two-Column-Payment-Form

If I misunderstood your concern, please do provide us more information, like the form you want to make the change and the older form that has that layout or design.

    We'll wait for your response.

This is the form I am referencing. But I need this format for another form I am working on.

Also is there a way to pre-populate a shipping address?

    thanks

I see that in that form there are sub products for each item, I presume that's the alignment you were referring to? You can recreate that by following this guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/264-Create-Sub-Products-Based-on-a-Product-Option

If you wish to use your old form as a template, then you can simply clone it by following the steps here: https://www.jotform.com/help/42-How-to-clone-an-existing-form-from-a-URL. You now have a copy of that form, simply update, edit or change the cloned form to match your current needs.

For the other concern about the address field, I have opened a separate thread for it, please refer to this link instead: https://www.jotform.com/answers/910979. We will address it shortly.

    Thank you.
