Infusionsoft intergration: Campaign not being triggered?

    I integrated infusionsoft and all was working ok. However for my last few tests, the contact has been copied across ok, but thats it.

    Its supposed to start a simple campaign that has been linked by api. The campaign only applies a tag and sends 1 email.

    It worked ok to start with but now the campaign won't start. 

    I've removed and reintegrated infusionsoft a number of times and test embedded forms and hosted forms but no luck

    Apologies for the inconvenience.

    I'm sorry, I'm not that quite familiar on Infusionsoft so my response might be limited.

    But I researched this and I presume you are referring to the Campaign builder of Infusionsoft? You created a campaign and is based on the API call? When a submission is made on a JotForm form, the submission data is added in the Contacts list, and the campaign should be triggered. Is that correct?

    Is the campaign sequence similar to this one:


    Would it be possible to share us yours?
