3RD REQUEST
I attempted to sign into mt Jot Form account and I forgot my password. I sent a request to re-set (3 times) and I receive a message back lthat my email is naot correct or there is not one on file.
This is discouraging due to the fact that I have a receipt indicating that I have re-newed my account and now I cannot even get into it.
Please assist me with this request today!

If you forgot your password, click on the forgot password link and the reset instructions will be sent to the email address associated to the account.
