    I cloned a form and yet the Address:Country field does not show the translations I completed

    I created an initial form in four languages. The country field was translated completely in four languages. After cloning the form, I find that the Address:Country field translations are not complete in the new form. It is very time-consuming to reenter them. Is there a shortcut so I do not have to do this time-consuming process over and over again?

    I think the Address:Country translations should already be complete for the major world languages. Everyone should not have to enter the same country name translations for French, Spanish and other common languages. Don't you agree?

    I am creating a form in 14 languages and what a drag having to update the country names!

    I have cloned your JotForm Find An Herbalist to my account and checked if the translation of the country field is done. I notice that all the four languages are added to the form and the translation as well. Could you try cloning the form again and check the translation in the Form preferences?

    Well, I cloned Find an Herbalist to create Join
    WorldTeamWork and even though I completely the translations, for
    example in French, for all the countries under Address in Find
    an Herbalist, when I went to the Country field in the French
    version, many of the fields were blank. Ugh. Am I clear on what
    I am trying to do? I thought the French translation of countries
    would be automatically done and available in the new cloned
    version of the first form.

    The translation should also be cloned along with the form. I have cloned your JotForm again and see that the countries in Spanish and French are having the complete translated list and have only a few for Svenska. 

    Please try cloning the form again and let us know if the issue still persists. We will be happy to assist you further.

    Please look at the Join WorldTeamWork form which
    is a clone of Find an Herbalist. Notice that French translations
    for countries are available for the Find an Herbalist form but French translations for countries do
    not appear available for its clone, Join WorldTeamWork.

    I have tried cloning the same form to my account Kirk and all languages were cloned together with the form. As such I have moved it for you to your account - hopefully that will help you so that you can continue from the same.

    Unfortunately since I can not recreate and it is not something that should happen the most that we can say is to let us know if you can recreate it again if you clone the same form.

    If you can, could you tell us what browser you are using (should not make any difference, just trying to see what might possibly cause something like that).
