I've requested this issue be fixed a few weeks ago and it's still not fixed and no one made contact with me.

They have now been white-listed, so this should solve the problem. In addition to this, you may whitelist our domain names, if the issue continues, as we use Amazon SES method for "firstname.lastname@example.org" sender. Here are our domain names:
