Why did you just refund and cancel my subscriptions?

    You just sent me 2 emails cancelling my subscription without a reason. I went to my forms and they are still operating. could you please tell me whats going on? I will attach the emails. One email is attached the other is below, please respond asap because we use this quite alot.
