I created a form and I did a test submission. Now when I log back in how do I send that form to my client?

You simply need to share the direct link of your form, which can be loaded in any browser. In order to get the link do the following:

1) Go into the edit mode of your form:

2) Click on Publish button.

3) You will see the link, simply copy it, and send it via your account email:
