Can I write my own questions to put on forms?

Can I write my own questions to put in my forms or do I have to use the questions that you provide? 

You can write your own questions on the forms that you create. After adding a field to the form in the form builder, you can just click on the label of the field and change the question as per your requirement. 

Please be noted that it is not allowed to create login forms and collect sensitive information like credit card information, passwords, etc. Such forms are considered as phishing forms and associated accounts are automatically suspended.
