Email Notifier

    The other day I emailed regarding problems with the auto submission notifier.  Regardless which email I select for the sender, the notification is not coming through.  I checked with my IT department and they do not filter emails based upon domains.  This feature has worked fine for years now, however suddenly stopped yesterday.  Could you please offer any suggestions as this has affected all of my forms.  My email domain is columbiasc.net.  Perhaps check log files for any bounce back or DNS issues?  Thanks..

    Your 3 email addresses were in the Bounce list of our system. Please check the screenshots below:

     

    I have removed all the email addresses from the bounce list. 

    Please make sure you white-list our Jotmails ip addresses and domains. Or ask your email service provider to do it.
