May we know how you would like to prepopulate it?
Let says, you have two addresses, "Billing Address" and "Shipping Address". Would you like to copy automatically the inputs from the "Billing Address" to the "Shipping Address" so that there's no need to re-input it? If that is the case, it is possible using conditional logic. Here's a guide about conditional logic: https://www.jotform.com/help/57-Smart-Forms-Using-Conditional-Logic
Here's an example: https://form.jotform.com/62316027497963. You can see that if you fill out the "Billing Address", it will automatically copy it on the "Shipping Address".
Here'show my conditional logic was setup:
Another way to prepopulate it is by adding the values in the URL parameter of the form. Here's a guide that will surely help: https://www.jotform.com/help/71-Prepopulating-Fields-to-Your-JotForm-via-URL-Parameters.
If you want to prepopulate a form based on another form's data, then you can follow this other link: https://www.jotform.com/help/351-How-to-Automatically-Pass-Form-Data-to-Another-Form
Let us know if this works for you.
