I submitted a test form to our jotform (https://form.jotform.com/53135298081961) at 15:42:08 today. I can see it in submissions. It is supposed to email email@example.com but I never received that email. My first thought was to check your bounce list and it tells me the email is not on the list (see screenshot).
Where did that email go? What do I check next?Page URL:

Our mail logs shows good delivery:
Have you checked your spam or junk folders? Please make sure to white-list our domain names and IP addresses within your recipients: https://www.jotform.com/help/145-Whitelisting-JotMails-IP-Addresses
Also, create a default notification with "firstname.lastname@example.org" as a sender, just for testing purposes, and then submit your form.
