We are not getting the notification from the Paypal Pro payment form

    1.  We did not receive notification for the payments received from the following:

    - Christopher Munson

    -  Sean Bednarz

    -  Kristan Martin

    -  Brittany Muhlenkort

    I checked our logs, the submissions that are sent using our default sender email works, but submissions that are sent using your own SMTP details has failed. Please check your SMTP credentials, you can ask your hosting provider for the correct details.

    The encryption is also enabled in your form so cannot view whether you have an incomplete payment submission. I would suggest checking that as well:
