Why I'm not receiving submissions to my email?

Hi I had this issue last week and took the corrective actions you recommended in your email. However this is still a problem. Can someone point me in the right direction ?

I checked your Email, and found out that it ended in our Bounce list and the reason is below:

I removed your email from our bounce list and you should be able to receive submissions.

Please check this guide on how to prevent such issues, also try to whitelist our domains that should help as well.
