    Attached File on Auto-Responder: Unable to attach custom file.

    I tried but it could not attach the pdf document. :´(

    I have just tested the feature and I'm currently able to attach a file on my end, I'm also receiving it on my email. 

    Maybe it has to do with the file size you're trying to attach, could you please try again? 

    If the issue still persists, please check that the file's name does not contain spaces on it, try removing the spaces and use one only string, example: "thisismyfile.pdf". 

    Do let us know how it goes.

    I tried again and I know what happened before: when I configured the attached file, and used the authomatic option to prove the e-mail (TEST E-MAIL), the auto-response came whitout attachment. But, when I filled the form and sent it, the form was received well, with the file attached. :-)

    Thank you for letting us know it works for you too. 

    Yes, when you use the "Test Email" button it sends a sample email to the email address associated to your account, you should test your form with a real submission if you want to see if the email recipient address receives the email or if the attached file works.
