Hello,My company has different managers located in 7 states of Brazil.We have one form that all of them fill everytime they spend money.I want them to fill the forms and see the results of their forms, in other words, they can see how much they have already spent, but they can't see how much the other managers spent.I, as administrator, can see all the expenses, from all of them.
Is it possible?

Unfortunately, this sort of functionality is not available on JotForm at this time.
As a workaround, all I can think of is to download the form submissions in Excel, sort by the form submitter/manager, then remove the entries that are not to be seen by the other managers before sending on the Excel spreadsheet to the relevant manager.
I know its not quite perfect, but if someone only needs to see the report once a week or month, I can't imagine the process of generating each manager his own Excel report to be that tedious.
