I am trying to upload a word document into my form and when I click on browse it doesn't search my documents. How to I upload already made documents?

    how do I add a place to "docusign" a form at the bottom after I am able to upload my file?

    I test your form https://www.jotform.com/62317013839151 and I was able to use the Upload field to upload document.
