    The FREE subscription account/username Cheyanne  for the form was already in Overlimit status since it had already exceeded the allowed payment submissions for free plan.

    You can review the different subscription packages/plan in the JotForm Pricing page.

    You will need to upgrade to the next higher plan if you need your form to be able to accept more payment submission.
