Hi,
I run a business, and use Jotform for communication with clients.
I had a client fill out a form and for some reason only a few of the files were uploaded.
Can you tell me why that was, was it something on their end, or something on my end.
The FORM is > Web Coach Final Edit > on my account, and you will see the screenshots I asked the client to upload didnt upload.
Can you clarify,

Makes sure to increase your upload size limit: https://www.jotform.com/help/33-Changing-the-upload-size-limit
NOTE: you might need to have a paid account to get this working, free accounts only allow a total amount space of 100 MB.
