How do I make a form with fields in four columns?

It is possible to have a 4 column field in the form. However, you need to increase the width of the form to 1000px. Here's a guide:

1. You need to "Shrink" the form fields. Just right click on the field and then select Shrink.

2. After that, go to the Preferences > Form Styles and then increase the Form Width to 1000px.
