Can support respond to questions if the form is disabled?

    I am working on a form that the link has been shared for and the form is not complete - i have been sending support questions for help with this form, but not sure if i need to leave the form enable for support to assist. Please let me know.

    Yes, we can assist you even if your form is disabled.

    We can actually clone your form for testing purposes, and since we are using supporter accounts we can do that even if your form is disabled within your account:

    However, if you were to delete your form, not even us would be able to clone such a deleted form.

    If your form is not yet complete and you need to perform some tweaks, please feel free to disable your form and just let us know what form you are working on while opening a support thread. We'll gladly assist. Cheers
