How to access form data after they have been summitted?

Asked by blw on August 20, 2016 at 12:18 PM

I was wondering how I can get access back to a form after it has been submitted. My situation is that I have a software that appliance stores use. I have a need for a survey form after an item is sold in my system. I can create a form in your system and call it with https://form.jotform.com/62324379429159 The sales staff can fill it out and hit submit. How can I reference that form again for follow up?

I see I get in an email the link to the form:

    https://www.jotform.com/edit/347518224301908132?utm_source=emailfooter&utm_medium=email&utm_term=62324379429159&utm_content=edit_submissions&utm_campaign=notification_email_footer_submission_links

but my question is can I get this link some other way?

I believe the link that you provided is from the email notification. If you are the administrator of the form, you can go to the Submissions page and edit the form submissions. Here's how:

    1. In My Forms, select the form and then click the "Submissions" button.

    2. In the Submissions page, you'll see the "Edit" button.

Also, the link can be shortened to this: https://www.jotform.com/edit/347518224301908132
The number highlighted in light green is the Submission ID.

If this is not helpful, please let us know so that we can further assist you. Thank you.
