How do I create suboptions for a dropdown field?

I created a contact us page...In there it asks to share, name, phone number, email address, state, and message. We have a business where we are all over the country so we would like them to choose a state, then once they choose that state another drop down appears for them to choose a city in that state. How would I be able to do that?

I have not yet entered it into my website.
