Downgrading account to Bronze Monthly plan

    Hello. I have initially clicked silver account. But my goal was really to downgrade to bronze monthly. 

    An invoice has already been sent to me for thr silver yearly account but i still insist in just having a bronze monthly account so i could have the budget to pay this. I cannot afford a one time payment. So my

    goal is to chooses bronze monthly payment. 

    Will i my card be automatically charged the amount of the silver yearly account amounting to hundreds of dollars?

    please allow me

    to downgrade and just pay for the monthly.

    I checked your account and you are on the Bronze Monthly plan. You've switched to Silver Yearly before this so you've been charged $123.34 USD. But anyways, I have refunded your payment. Expect the refund returned to your card within 4-10 business days. You have to re-upgrade and make sure to select Bronze Monthly.
