I cant receive the new submissions on my email

I don't see anything obviously wrong with your form configuration.
Do you have a secondary email address on which we could try a test? If so, can you add it to the existing notification?
ie. Click Email Alerts -> Select the notification name -> click on the Reply-to & Recipient settings button, then in the Recipient Email text box, add a comma and a 2nd email address.
Save the form.
Then, can you put through a test submission to see if either of those email address are able to recieve the notfication email?
