One of our forms has multiple email recipients and for some reason one of them never receives the email?

I checked your account's email history and it seems that the email notifications are being sent properly. You can check your account's email history by following the instructions provided in this article: How to View All Your Form Email History.
Can you check the email's Spam folder and see if the email notification went there? If the email notification is still not there, the email might be on our bounce list which might be the reason why it does not received the email. You can check and remove the email if it is on your end bounce list by following the instructions provided in this article: How to Remove Your Email Address from List.
If the issue still persists, please provide us the form URL and the email where you have encountered this issue so we can further investigate.
