I am able to access Preferences just fine and then I will click to get into that menu and nothing will happen - i stay on the form edit page. It has been going on for about 2-3 months and usually happens after i've been working on a form for a while. I have to completely close the jotform program (not just the form) and go back to your URL to get the Preference menu to come up when selected.

I have just checked the Preferences popup menu, and it is working properly.
I think, the issue which you are facing is because of the CACHE. I have just cleared your Form's CACHE. And would suggest you to clear your Browser's CACHE. Or try to check it in different Browser.

- pardop1Answered on August 21, 2016 at 11:45 AMAs I stated, this in an intermittent problem - i have entered the preferences menu many times wo issue and then the problem begins and i have to close out of the program completely to be able to enter it gain. To state that you can enter the preference menu wo issue does not, by any means, mean that there is not an issue w your program and this feature. Please escalate this issue to a higher level tech.
