Good question. It is a feature wherein the email address will be added in the list if the emails coming from JotForm are being rejected by the email recipient. It is possible that your email service provider is blocking our emails.
Our servers will try several times to deliver the messages for a given time-frame, but if the delivery constantly fails, it will mark it as "old", "rejected" or similar, and it will store your recipient email address into our bounce list.
One of the purpose of the bounce list is to determine if there are any errors in sending emails to the recipients. For example, the form notifications are being to sent to your inbox but it is being rejected because your mailbox is full. Another issue is the recipient is non-existent. It is also possible that the email address is incorrect.
Hope that helps. If you have any questions, let us know. Thank you.
