I have created the above JotForm and set up the Autoresponder and Email Notifications properly, I think.
I went in and checked the emails that I was sending to see if they were on the bounce list - and they were not.
Yet, I am not getting the emails to my Inbox.
Attached are the set up screen shots.
And, the TEST email does not get delivered, either.
What am I missing?
I checked your email in the server logs and all notifications are successfully sent to your email address.
So far, nothing has been missed. You can also check the logs in your email history. https://www.jotform.com/help/293-How-to-view-all-your-form-Email-History
I suggest to please check them on your side. Check if they are not in your spam folder, blocked or flagged as spam. You can also contact your email service provider to find those emails.
We also recommend adding JotForm into your white list https://www.jotform.com/help/145-Whitelisting-JotMails-IP-Addresses so you will get the emails without any problem and to prevent your email service provider from rejecting the emails coming from JotForm.
