    Why am I not getting notifications to a Hotmail account?

    Our organizational account, fcmomsouth@hotmail.com, is no longer receiving e-mail notification submissions.  This has been working fine for months.  Can you please check your whitelist?  TIA!

    I checked our mail logs and I can confirm that previous emails failed to send. However, it also appears that the most recent Notification Tests were sent successfully. This suggests that the issue has been resolved. You should be able to receive new submissions to your email address successfully. Please check your inbox to confirm.

    To make sure that all the emails are sent successfully, please contact your email service provider and ask them to whitelist Jotform's addresses from this list: Whitelisting JotMails IP Addresses.

    Those emails were only received when using the Test Email feature within Jotform.  Otherwise, there are no other e-mails getting through.   I keep removing our email from the bounce list too.  How do you NOT get on that?

    I just did a submission to your form and the email was successfully sent.


    If you don't see the email in your inbox, it might have landed on your spam/junk folder. Since you are using hotmail, I think you can add JotForm's emails to your contacts so that the emails will not be marked as spam.
