How can I correct this to have it go to email@example.com
Please note that the email recipient of your autoresponder is based on the email address that was entered in your form's email field. You can find out more about autoresponders here: Creating a Form Autoresponder.
Perhaps you are referring to the Email Notification? I checked your form's email notifications and it looks like it is already sending to firstname.lastname@example.org. However, you also have 4 other notifications that send to email@example.com, which is why you still receive emails on that address.
To resolve the issue, please delete the 4 other notifications on your email wizard and leave the one with firstname.lastname@example.org as the recipient.
