change form space

    I found that there are too much blank space on both sides of the form, how to solve this? I have make the width smaller but it doesn't work.

    I tried my to build my own version of your form, see: http://www.jotform.me/form/21013423416438

    If you want to use that form instead, you can just clone it.

    I adjusted the form width and the sizes of the fields to minimize spaces.

    Your form background is also in white. You won't see the problem.

     

    Do you mean I need to clone my existing form? It just the same.

    I have just changed the background. Please have a look once more.

    If you want you can clone the form I created. To do this go to:

    My Forms > New Form > Import Form > Choose From a WebPage and enter http://www.jotform.me/form/21013423416438 on the box provided.

    Your form background is same as the webpage background, how to test?

    To test, simply get the embed code of the cloned form (assuming you have successfully cloned my form) and then replace the code that is on your website.

    You can easily change the background of the form by going to Setup & Embed > Preferences > Form Styles > Background .

    There appears to be a problem with cloning the form because of some sort of glitch. However, setting the form's background to transparent should resolve the issue: Setup & Embed tab > Preferences > Form Styles > Background:


    When done, click "Close Settings" and save the form.
